“The staff was ever nice and helpful. The room and bathroom need to be updated, but the beds were comfortable and clean. The room overall was clean.”

“We were disappointed in this property. The room was clean. However, the door didn't close properly and had to be sure it closed every time. The worst was they had no darkening curtains. Just white transparent blinds. Let the bright lights in at night and bright first thing in the morning.”

“When I checked in, my tv nor phone worked .. and there was a puddle of water by the AC. The staff moved me to a different room and there were no black out shades and it was too much light coming from the street.. then when I showered I found the hairdryer wasn’t working… I will never stay here again.”

“Hattiesburg was much more than we expected, everyone at every single place we went was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had our entire stay was the tv in our room, the remote only half way worked and we could not hook any of our devices to the tv, but the staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean. We very much do enjoyed our stay and the town!”

“Never got a chance to even check in. Being that it was a big game in town . They canceled our room that we booked online and sold it for a higher rate. My husband was in town for work so this was a huge inconvenience. Then the lady was rude and slammed the door when I told her I’ll definitely be leaving a review. 0/10 recommend”

“The front desk staff was awesome very professional and kind. The week i stay one day of breakfast was terrible only had biscuits with turkey and pork no gravy or eggs. Other then tht no complaints at all.”
