“Overall it was our stay at the hotel was good. The bed was clean and comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly. However, there were a few issues. Some of the furniture in the room had not been dusted well. The upholstered wall behind the bed was flaking and needed to be replaced. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The pool was not very clean or well maintained. Still, our stay was pleasant. I would recommend the hotel as a good...

“Room layout was good. The colors were nice but updates to room are needed. The transition trim from carpet to tile was missing and something was poking up. The grout is missing in the bathroom tiles and hallway. Carpet in the hallway leading to rooms is dirty. Painting is needed above the beds. Not against the hotel staff but unsupervised kids set off the alarm system.”

“Staff seemed rude or annoyed when checking in. Room key stopped working during the stay and I asked the staff for a new one. The staff member threw up her hands and rudely asked “well what room” and gave me a new key without verifying my ID. Customer service and safety are obviously not a priority here.”

“Booked handicapped accessible but was given a regular room then I had to go get it exchanged. Toilet paper holder is very loose on the wall. The hand soap said skin and hand balm. Didn’t feel like real soap. They need new vacuum cleaners as the room carpet had lots of leftover particulate matter. This used to be the premier hotel in Hattiesburg but it’s showing signs of neglect. Just my opinion”

“Unfortunately, we encountered roaches and what appeared to be bed bugs in our room. Since leaving the hotel, my children and I are still experiencing bites and skin breakouts, which has been extremely upsetting and concerning.”

“I had booked non-smoking room. When I entered the room, it was full of cigrette smell, door look was broken, bedsheets were dirty and no blankets were provided. The cigrettes were present all over the property. I would recommend Expedia to unlist such scrap properties from their website. The hotel management must work on cleanliness.”

“We had a nice one week stay the room was spacious it had 2 separate bedrooms and a full kitchen with a stove and an oven basically an apartment pool was nice only crowded one day for a big party staff was friendly breakfast is just okay overall it was a good stay”
